Hosting and server logs
Our servers are operated by noez GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Germany. When you visit this website, the web server records your IP address, the time, the address requested, the status code, the referring address (referer) and your browser information (user agent) in an access log. The access log is rotated daily and deleted after 14 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Audience measurement
We measure the use of this website with Umami, an open-source software that we run on our own server. No cookies are set and no data is stored on your device. When you visit a page, your IP address is processed only briefly in order to determine country, region and city and to assign page views to a session. Umami does not store the IP address. We record the page visited and its title, the referring page, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, browser language and approximate location. This data does not allow us to identify you. The data is not shared with third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our service (Art. 6(1)(f) EU General Data Protection Regulation).
External images
Images on the guide pages are loaded from loremflickr.com and images.unsplash.com. Your browser connects to the servers of these providers, and your IP address is technically transmitted to them in the process. The processing of this data is subject to the privacy policy of the respective provider. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in illustrating the guides (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
This website itself sets no cookies. The booking widgets on the guide pages are loaded from GetYourGuide (widget.getyourguide.com). Your browser connects to GetYourGuide's servers in the process and your IP address is transmitted to them. GetYourGuide may set its own cookies and use its own technologies; these are subject to GetYourGuide's privacy policy.
